  This issue was resolved on 2025-02-07, all AI Extract processes started during the outage have been re-sent to the OpenAI service & processed. Remedial monitoring confirms no long term disruption to the service.

• Investigating

  The OpenAI API is currently unavailable due to a server issue from OpenAI. This is impacting all AI Extractions. We will re-run all failed requests once the service is operational again.
